The CAMELIA apartment is designed to give maximum comfort to larger groups: as a matter of fact, this is an eight-bed flat.
When you get there you can park your car nearby the structure or in the closest parking lots.
In order to enter the modern apartment you will be provided a secret but practical access code.
The residence, recently completed, has two different bathrooms. Both of them have a shower. A washing machine is provided too. In The kitchen you will find everything you'll need for your staying: crockery, utensils and an induction hob.
The accommodation has a lovely outdoor gazebo where you will be able to spend pleasant evenings with friends. We remind you, however, that it is not possible to organize private parties inside the apartments and it is a good rule to respect silence at night.
On this occasion we also inform you that smoking is not permitted inside the structure.
Last but not least we remind you that it will be necessary to leave the rooms by 10:00 am on the pre-established day, so that we can welcome the next guests coming.

The residence has been structured to guarantee an exquisite stay for our guests.
Once you reach your destination, you can park your car in the parking lots in front of it or adjacent the structure. To access the apartment, you will be given a secret security code.
The accommodation features a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen, in addition to having all the necessary dishes, has a comfortable induction hob, a microwave and a kettle.
There is also a washing machine for your clothes, sheets, towels and a practical hairdryer.
The house is made up of an external garden with a gazebo. To respect the tastes of the owner of the structure, we invite you not to smoke inside it and not to organize private parties.
Last but not least: the apartment has a freight elevator that will help you transport your luggage.

Once you reach the structure you can park your car either in the parking lots adjacent to the property or on the left side of the property’s courtyard. You can access the property’s courtyard thanks to a secret security code that will be given to you on your arrival day.
In order to access the accommodation you’ll be given a secret security code too.
The apartment, recently restructured, consists of a sunny living room with sofa bed, 43 inches smart tv, a kitchen (with crockery, utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven) and gas stove.
The bathroom has a shower. It is provided with washing machine, hairdryer and towels too.
To conclude, the accommodation presents a double bedroom in which you’ll find a 32 inches smart tv.
